Perfect Peace

For every time
that things go wrong
remember, leaning on Jesus
helps keep you strong;

When it seems that you might crumble
under all life's pressures that come
with each new day,
stand rooted in God's word, knowing,
though bad things sometimes happen,
good things are on the way;

Trust in God and his word,
knowing he will see you through,
his only reason for all he does,
is love for me and you;

Always take the time to pray,
through God, prayer conquers all;
Talk to Jesus every day,
about problems big and small;

Know that in Christ Jesus,
you will always find,
an overabundance of care, guidance,
and love, the unconditional kind;

So when that occasional trouble comes,
even though we're not always aware,
Jesus keeps us in 'Perfect Peace',
through all his tender loving-care.
